All lighting fixtures are produced only after an order is confirmed.
We do not hold stock.
Bespoke services are distinct from standard made-to-order products and are governed by additional specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only once you receive an official order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected misuse, or inability to fulfil the request
- Request additional information before accepting an order
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible.
Responsibility for order accuracy (including delivery address and selected specifications) is shared between the client and Maison Aurélien®.
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in various currencies depending on the customer’s location and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

- Other payment methods made available through our checkout
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
7. Production & Lead Times
All products are made to order.
Indicative production timelines:
- Standard made-to-order fixtures: approximately 4 weeks
- Certain materials or bespoke requests may require longer production periods
All lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production complexity or exceptional circumstances.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We offer international shipping, free of charge.
Delivery details, timelines, and logistics are governed by our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Maison Aurélien® offers a Lifetime Warranty on qualifying components, subject to conditions and exclusions.

Consumable components are excluded but may be replaced at a minimal fee.

Maison Aurélien® does not provide installation services.
We are not responsible for:

- Property damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
Products must be inspected prior to installation. Improper installation may void warranty coverage.

13. Limitation of Liability
